I'm not entirely sure, but I vaguely remember BWAT commenting on Twitter that dear 00 is going to have a happy ending.
I actually think that foul‘s start will have the sad ending since eunhaeil technically already died. I feel like he was just given another chance to clear up the misunderstanding and confess again but he‘s not supposed to stay for good. dear 00 is already such a heavy story and giving them a sad endig would be too tragic which is why I think they‘ll get a lighthearted ending to balance it out instead. idk. I might have watched too many tv shows though. I really hope I‘m incorrect since I‘m more invested in foul‘s start tbh but it‘s heartbreaking either way

I could see that! Dear 00 is way more of a heavy plot story with alot more at stake so it would make more sense it’s not to sad already seeing how it started and everything I really hope both get a somewhat happy or neutral ending I’m to invested in both of them for a sad ending at this point
Between reading dear 00 and foul start I can’t tell which is going to have the tragic ending, cause this one could lowkey be a happy if pado ends up forgiving haeil and etc but in dear 00 it seems like a set in stone sad ending with how vague and somber the video entries are
