Nah I'm re-reading it just to check for sure and even if an art style is a little different they really didn't change much, but yeah I also wish he would be more grown up alredy, my head canon is that Gozu was 18/19 when he died because he consider himself a child when he run away from home and his behavior resembles hot-headed teen (for example the scene when he dies) and Eve is like 15/16, idk if author gave us their real age

Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with you at all; I definitely think the art style is a bit wishy washy with Eve. Sometimes he looks like an adult, other times he looks 14. Just letting you know it's unlikely he's a minor.
