It was a good read and a nice role-reversal when we don't often see that kind of thing in an omegaverse and sometimes don't even see any acceptance/working through of past issues in the relationship. That being said I feel like they spent a lot of time sorting through that and there were some issues they left unresolved.
First, Yeonwoo wants another baby in the beginning and that is never revisited. There is a vague mention of how he might get pregnant at the end, but we never see whether or not he did. The original storyline also established that Keith can fire blanks at will, so there is no guarantee anyway. Second, the sex toys. Where in the heck did they go? I feel like the story made a big deal for something that NEVER re-appeared later on.
I'm sure there's more I forgot along the way, but overall I liked the story. Baby Spencer was adorable. I'm AMAZED none of those issues/insecurities came up in their marriage previously. Dane needs his own spin-off.
