He didn’t understand what he was doing, got lost in the haze and it wasn’t his intention to r*pe. What he did still counts as r*pe though nonetheless, it’s not about the original intention of the perpetrator but how the victim was hurt.
I think they could get passed this though, they need to talk, he’s too big so I can imagine this hurt A LOT. She’ll need time to heal and they’ll have to build up trust, a safe word and acc reader h what they’re doing beforehand.
Iirc I think when she whipped him and he told her to stop, it was different from when he pounded her and she told him to stop. (Hope this isn’t coming off as a ‘Men can’t get r*ped’ bs), but he’s a masochist. A big masochist and she KNEW that BEFOREHAND. I agree that in the haze of the moment, a role reversal can happen but HE WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE HAZE BTWWW. She never agreed. Also IF THERE IS NO SAFE WORD, REFUSALS SHOULD ALWAYS BE LISTENED TOOOOOO. I do think she should’ve listened to him when he told her to ‘whip the other side’ however it’s SLIGTLY excusable considering she knew he was a crazy masochist. Even if he enjoyed it, there needs to be respect to one’s wishes established, there needed to be a safe word so that the refusals like “no” and “stop” can be ignored knowing that the other person doesn’t acc want to stop or slow down.
