I did see someone say that it's similar cuz of them both kind of being guideverses and that they also sent fake copies to the ML, but to be fair its a new common trope in guideverse novels recently and altho regas kind of brought it's own twist to it(it as in guideverse) + it's historical while this one is futuristic, I've seen worse cases of plagiarism among the action/shounen manhwas than this, so I really don't think they're the same nor do I think it's plagiarism.
