It's probably just for the manhwa's sake for us readers. In reality, they don't have blood to even blush... This or it's an error in the story and it's on the author's part lol
Maybe it’s meant to convert the emotions to the readers? Just like how… some stuff can suddenly blush especially that Kon from Bleach manga, a stuffed lion doll that blushes even in anime.
