I think its kinda annoying that child friends to lover is incorporated in the story.
I think it should have been better if the side stories include how the ML take care of the MC during his 2nd pregnancy because I didnt seem to see it usually in BL.
Maybe nesting or where the uke during pregnancy craves for the pheromones of the ML and will create a nest using the ML's shirt and underwear are pretty good to be included. I do hope some omegaverse do that
