The baby is very important to the plot as the entire premise is two alphas that are drawn towards one omega. Him having a baby creates a question where certain reader are curious to know who could be the father and what could be the outcome once he figures out and have the baby

In all these years I've only seen it happen once in a manga, omegaverse they were college students and decided to terminate since they obviously weren't ready for kids yet, was so surprising given how most books will give the mcs marriage and kids right out of high-school and act like that's perfectly normal and healthy
