I'm walking down memory lane and an old manga just popped into mind..
Vaguely the plot was about a boy who was out one day and he runs into a guy and the guy needed some sort of escape plan and the boy just allows/forces the guy to kidnap him. the guy tells him to go back but the boy wanted to continue being kidnapped lol. anyways they go on an adventure (might have be road trip) and fall in love? everything was so scenic and beautiful. I think it was a manga but it might have been colored? at least few cover pages. the boy had orange hair
