That was their first time, with both of them having no experience other than their own fantasy and what they read in a book, of course it's gonna look clumsy and sloppy

If I have a penny for every time someone look at BDSM play and call it rape, I'd be a billionaire by now

I’m sorry, but you’re the one who doesn’t know what consent is. Consent can be revoked at any time by any party, why? Because situations can change, and if they do then you have the right to say “I don’t want to do this anymore.” Or if you just don’t want to do it anymore, you can also do that too. You have that right over your own body. You can’t just “establish consent” and have it be permanent, whoopsie no take-backs you agreed to this. Thats manipulative. Yes of course a girls first time is most likely gonna hurt, but that’s the point. It hurt, she tried to endure it at first but when he started moving she realized it hurt immensely more and ask him to stop. He didn’t. That’s why people are having this conversation of . The exact definition is muddy, I’m not here to argue that, but you can’t deny that she revoked consent (as is her human right) and he didn’t listen. To anyone reading this, please know you can revoke consent at ANY time, for ANY reason, because you own your own body and not anyone else.

I understand that consent can be revoked at any times, that is under the umbrella of safe words. This is their first BDSM play, and in such plays simply saying stop doesn't always mean they want to stop, that's why we have safe words that got nothing to do with sex (example: pineapple, blueberry) to serve as a code when we truly want to stop. That's why I said since it's their first time it's going to look clumsy and sloppy, maybe even reckless. Adding to that, both parties were too immersed in their lust and desire to think rationally, it can happen sometimes especially during the first few times of having sex when you haven't been able to control your sex drive. They haven't even finished their first play yet, so I think it's too soon to say that this specific scene (where she ask to stop and he didn't listen) can be considered as . Maybe wait until the end and we can circle back on this being a possible ?
