now that you've mentioned it, it's pretty rare -.-|||, the only other one I can think of is that one dude from "kiss him not me" (straight) but I don't really recommend it but yuh
Oh i know about it, what even inspired this post is that one character from "blue lock" with his eyes closed 24/7 and I already hate that bitch but he's so handsome

all of the similar ones i can think of have the character's eyes be open but them smiling creepily all the time (ie, makima from chainsaw man & xin from sangyang).
the other ones i can think of with their eyes covered but aren't creepy are gerard from weak hero and flint lockwood's dad from cloudy with a chance of meatballs

One of top 10 favorite character designs has always been the ones with their hair hiding their eyes/eye or better yet these characters could have their eyes closed smiling creepily all the time (≧∀≦) I really wonder if there's atleast a manga/hwa/hua with a character like that ml or not
