idk smth about the story made it to be lackluster. I do like the plot, it was very interesting and demonstrated well on how teens can be sporadic and stupid (so much so i lowkey got pissed of on how immature they were )
but the ending leaves me unsatisfied. i get it being a whole redemption arc, but the whole reason why i liked it was because the characters were aware of their terrible actions; leaving them wanting to kill themselves for it. Like the festival scene where they yell out that everyone INCLUDING them are all "dipshits". however the rest of the story took a whole cliched route were the mc has plot armor and everyone gets their happy ending and whatnot. I think im just disappointed because i had certain expectations for this manga, only for it to be like every other story out there. i do enjoy how the two main characters did not end up together, but instead another character was introduced.
