I don't think it's that he's a hybrid, but just takes after kuroto in looks, but is a wolf. In the other spin-off kurou is a bit older and his ears are standing up. So he doesn't actually have any 'bunny' traits
Their baby is not a hybrid, they mentioned in the chapter that he is a wolf. He is different because he is a black wolf while his father side is silver wolf. That's all
