Well the mc is the reason why they have misunderstanding. Simply because of that fucking fake ring that mc have and its on his ring finger at that.
and also bc of he SAd ml before.
Ohh?? I thought they were both drunk and seemilingy kissed and the ml was shocked thats why he said "what if its my first kiss".

the flashback from ml's pov showed the kiss to be forcible though, maybe you just forgot.
I feel like the story will later reveal he thought they were on the same page, but he got punched. Then I bet its gonna be another case of 'he was drunk so he didn't remember that they kissed' lol
I think the ml knows they kissed, thats why he is jealous but mc thought they are just too drunk and he thought that ml is just pissed of with that "incident", in reality ml is just jealous.
I feel so bad for the MC. The ML is misunderstanding him so bad lol.
