I don't think he's a narcissist, more like insensitive of things. Narcissist are a lot worse from what I know. Leo was just insensitive of what JJ was feeling and he was inconsiderate in a lot of situations
Insensitive and self absorbed. The guy has never been rejected/hated his whole life. He is everybody's baby. He was attracted to JJ because JJ supposedly didn't like him. So JJ became a challenge and then taken for granted. But that's not narcissistic at all.
