I love how every character in this story is layered. Even Shuri’s brother is given some humanity in her final thoughts about him. Good people have the capacity for cruelty and bad people still have dreams and goals they are reaching for - even if they choose cruel means to get there. I’d love to see more writing like this in manhwa in general.
It was soo pathetic the way Lucas died and even though he was a piece of work, that wouldn't erase the fact that he was still her brother with whom they share 14 years
