I do agree the title is off. With what she says, I see her more as claiming to follow through on giving birth to the baby this time because she considers it as only her child. Her first husband cheated right away and she was leaving to give birth in peace. Her husband this time is just a convenient shield and sperm donor. She doesn't see any child coming from her belonging to anyone but her, which is wild considering how she was made. She knows she's only seen as property to be traded from one man to another.
