As an expirenced kinkster and member of the BDSM community I can soundly say...it wasn't necessary. Rape isn't necessary just because BDSM is involved, that's an extremely disturbing opinion.
I totally totally get what your saying I am NOT saying rape is a necessary part of BDSM, its not even accepted in the community typically.
But it IS part of the stigma surrounding BDSM, if the author plays their cards well they can be able to portray a message of “rape is NOT bdsm and this was a mistake of the characters, lets see how they get past this” you took my comment, took it as me saying rape was a necessity, and immediately went into social justice warrior mode rather than any nuance.
im saying that hard topics in stories when written well can be a good thing, and this issue being brought up in a smut could be a great way to teach the audience consuming it.

he was a jerk but was a one time moment and he stopped, it sucked to see but i understand the message being portrayed, and dont say that it wasnt necessary for the manhwa, its a BDSM smut manhwa, SA is typically tied to the stigma around that so as long as the chapter after are written well i assume all will be well.
