i tried finding it TT i readed some of the pages of all of these very quickly but i couldn't find the elevator scene, i put one with a elevator scene but with no plot... so i'm not really sure if it's one of these, if not feel free to tell if you remember more of the manga!!

I am looking for an old BL, before 2010 I believe. It's a manga. The Seme is blonde? Like he has nice hair. He is soon to be a prince or having a coming of age / marriage? Actually, the fiancee ran away from the wedding with her lover. :Y I remember there was scene where they we locked in the elevator (glass elevator with a great view of the nigh city) and they did the SHAKALA BOOM BOOM there.
