personally, death isn’t always the answer. dude was still so young when he dealt all of his trauma and he had no one to rely on but himself (along w hiding his identity at that). if u read the translated chapters on bato, he gets distracted and ended up not taking his pills when jihan distracted him by talking about his interest, also mc genuinely feeling better while looking up at the sky due to his teammate’s will. like c’mon guys…. it’s hinted he still has a lingering will for life and is longing for some sort of connection. bro just rlly needed therapy and someone who’s there for him.
