I'm so confused with chp6.5.. Who are they?? Why the guy Yuki has the same face as Murasaki??? Whaatt??

RIGHT I WAS CONFUSED TOO I THOT HE SWITCH and i thought it was murasaki and yamato
But i think its extra from another manga(?)
