You clearly don't understand how someone under the effect of traumatic memory loss works. It's easy to coerce and take advantage of a person affected by this, especially if you guilt trip and gashlight them constantly. It's easy to make them feel so much guilt towards the people around them that they'll follow you. In this case mc didn't want to further burden his mom by changing his mind again over acting, hence while he followed ml and ml knew that and that's why he took advantage of the situation.
Also, we know what mc did, yes he took advantage of ml in the past, but this doesn't mean he deserves rape, coercion and more trauma when he's currently disabled. No excuses. Bodily reactions or even acceptance in the middle is what makes a lot of victims of assault feel shame and guilt, even though it was by no means their fault.
In mc's case, even if let's say he 'accepted' and has forgiven ml for the rape, it still doesn't change that he said no and ml didn't stop. It doesn't change the fact that it was rape. What mc did is NOTHING in comparison to what ml does to a currently disabled person(I'm sorry for saying it like that, but it is what it is) .
