I think they already were! In S2Ch30 the ML tortures the hired people. It only shows 2 people, but I doubt the ML would’ve let it slide, given his personality.

Oh, I thought those guys were the ones that were extorting him and raped him in the bar after the two MCs had reunited. I didn't think they were from his timeskip job
It sort of feels like it was just mentioned once in a "this is why Ji Wook doesn't get hard" now and then never discussed again. I thought those men would've been hunted down as well.
