yall gotta take into count that the FL has only ever known to survive and to kill or be killed so a handsome man suddenly comes and tellls her he wants her?? hells yeah she's gonna be confused.
the ML has been alive for 113 years without knowing if there will ever be an end to his agony. being psyched by the BEING THAT ERASED HIS ENTIRE BLOODLINE that he will fall in love with the enemy's daughter. yea i think that could drive a person insane without knowing if the feelings are real or just a false attraction at the expense of his whole purpose of living.
yes there are parts where they both could've done things differently but that's what happens when you mix revenge, anger, distrust and love in one jumble.
with that being said, there are some parts that frustrated me but their relationship began as a twisted relationship and it's bound to be a toxic relationship without proper communication (which they lack severely). but give credit where credit is due yall. they're trying their best to achieve their personal goals while trying to come to terms with their circumstances. that's it. thanks for sparing the time to read <33
