Girl has an arranged marriage (marriage of convenience) with the eldest son of another wealthy family. Turns out her fiance is a pos and was cheating on her. He breaks their engagement at a party and then his younger brother swoops in and says “hey, marry me instead” and lo, the story begins. They both like each other but for some stupid reason they both think that the feeling isn’t mutual, so every time they do the do (which happens in every single chapter) they both end up feeling bitter because they think that the other doesn’t like them back. He eventually finds out that she likes him but instead of saying “hey, me too” he instead thinks that she’s lying or something. What??
It’s so stupid.
Even after the entire issue is resolved (which happens in 1 chapter mind you) it still feels as if the author is trying to milk the story because nothing that adds value to the plot is happening after chapter 5? All they do is mate like rabbits every single chapter. Smh, you need to turn your brain off for this one.
