Oh no, he didn’t. He pretended to be MC in front of him yeah, but he had plastic surgery before. He is definitely obsessive just not abusive. There’s a difference. Even he admits that there is sth wrong with him, MC knows it too but he accepts him.

Plus honestly the whole plastic surgery bit doesn’t bother me mainly cause he looks exactly the same as the flashbacks from highschool. Which may be an error on the artist’s part? There was also barely a mention of them looking similar (only a short part in the very beginning of the toxic dude going for mc cause he’s reminded of ml), and mc also hasn’t noticed/pointed out the similarity either.

Realistically if the plastic surgery was done, would anyone actually be attracted to their own face? Maybe they don’t actually look the same.
