Apart from questionable things ml did to bottom in 1st few chapters & in 26th chapter too he said that bottom's only work is to open up his legs for him, i really hated him for that, but apart from that overall story was good
If u read again this part he never said that omega has delusions that , that's what alpha said but he never said that , omega made up story and alpha just go with delusions to not rampage his mind
He was purposefully being cold to feed into ukes delusions so he would continue to hate him. He did it to prevent uke from harming or unaliving himself
This is literally one of the best written yaoi as compared to other yaois, & it also talked about mental health & depression etc & overcoming it, totally 10/10
