I’m not sure for the first one. But if I’m not wrong Evrett and Javier have a age gap, so I don’t think they’ve been switched. It’s possible the royal just have a red-to-yellow-blonde-shade of hairs (randomly chosen), as a counter to the north black-hairs.
While the second, I believe I’ve read a theory (or a spoiler I’m not really sure) that Pellus still have a tiny bit miracle left in him.
This comes from the “closest to the truth” idea, that Pellus is the one who cursed the world to demonic one after Lithera’s death. It’s seems like Pellus cursed that world with his last tiny bit of miracle, and so it’s not a far-stretched possibility that Pellus does still have his miraculous power right now.
But I’m welcoming any other opinion other readers may have(▰˘◡˘▰)
Now I think about another possibility about Pellus... maybe what happened to the other him has something to do with his father exhausting his own miracle for him? Since it costs him his life, I think it must've had some significance later, no? And how does the miracle work though? Is it on quantity limit or like a well of power, the bigger the effect the more it's exhausted? Since it's usually the latter, if we go by your opinion that he still has a tiny bit of miracle, I doubt it's strong enough to curse the whole world and every living human. Like, for Lithera and High Priest not to notice it, it must've been sooo tiny. Just my thoughts though
About the father, I haven’t read anything discussed outside what have been transcribed in the manhwa. The father seems to use his miracle to save Pellus, only that. So I’m not sure, but it’s kinda interesting theory tho..
And about Pellus’s miracles, its indeed the later.
Remember when Moni said after giving the throne to her, Pellus went somewhere and no one knows his whereabouts? It seems he found something a kin to a curse or any other power: that kinda help him to curse the world eventho he only has a tiny bit miracle’s power left.
You know, like a wishing-well that make your wish come true with a few dollars lol

After reading ch 109 and 110 (raw), there are two things in my mind.
First, why neither the king nor Javier's mother has his hair? So far one of the parents always has their kid's hair. Could it be... she switched Evrett and Javier when they were a baby? Are they even the same age? Someone who read this please remind me if their age was ever mentioned or not.
Second, so at the end of ch 109, Pell saw them at the garden. It'll be shown in the next chapter that actually Lithera used her power to conceal themselves, and only the owner of Miracle could see them. But then Pell could? Pell said it might be because he was helping her getting back her power, but could it be that his miracle was returning too as he did it? If so, then I wonder how the story will unfold in the future. This is literally the best isekai webtoon I've ever read!
