I don’t know what’s not reasonable about breaking up with a guy who literally has no romantic feelings for you even after 6 years of dating and who you almost married. He literally deceived her for 6 years and is now treating this like it’s someone else’s business. He has no feelings related to any outcome involving her. He is acting like he’s doing her a favour and that she’s some charity case. Even if he doesn’t have any bad intentions he did deceive her knowing full well he doesn’t love her romantically and that she indeed does love him romantically. Why not break up with her long ago if he didn’t like her romantically to begin with? Wasn’t that kinder to her than deceiving her for her entire life when they got married?
