i just have so many questions, so many plot lines that are brought up and just never used this feels incredibly half-baked. the reason the mc was writing gay smut was sooo weak it was ridiculous, writer would’ve been better off making him a fudanshi and calling it a day.
b and the gay smut writing he does gets dropped immediately from the storyline anyways. the mc mentions multiple times his fear of getting caught writing it so it really builds up like foreshadowing that he’s eventually going to get caught and it feels like the author just gave up on following thru with it.
