My opinions on each couples 1st : I really love how the mc describe the way he falls in love with ml, it feels so soft, melancholic, n beautiful. It makes me feel no wonder you fall in love with him. It really shows how beautiful to fall in love with someone. But I hope we can see the ml pov too like how he's also always notice mc all this time. For me it needs a few more chapters to shows how ml really realises his feelings to mc. But overall I love both of them, I love how both of them are great parents to their daughter, despite the mc upbringing n ml difficulty in showing his emotions. I can see this family will always love n stays with each other till the end.
2nd : I actually like this couple but in my opinion their story will be more interesting in doctor's pov. N I hope we get more explanations on doctor relationships with the ex. It helps more in understanding his character. Without knowing what he's thinking the doctor seems flat. As for ml I like how he keeps fall in love even without knowing what the doctor thinks n understand his situation with Weiwei. He's so patient. Unlike the ex who put a label on the doctor n getting disappointed in him when the expectations doesn't meet I think the ml is cute for liking him even when he doesn't show 'emotions'. Overall, I hope as their relationships progress the doctor can express his emotions more
3rd : Their story overall is just a mess, at 1st I don't like the ml n I still don't like him. Their stories just become the typical toxic a/b/o story in the end. Overall I don't have any opinions other than it's a mess
