There's slightly a hint of romance between the grandmummy Acle and Mujin. However, how should I put this, the romance /love chemistry between those two people kinda awkward. As for myself who really didn't like(hate) romance genre, I would like to say that it's bearable, all bcs the author makes Mujin personality as a funny person. And let me say this, for the time being Mujin has already declared that it was only friendship between them (I forgot which chap). Well you'll never know if the author decided to make the love blooming between those two. However I'd like to recommend this manhwa who loves anything related to medical field themes. It's totally worth it. But it's kinda frustrating for the few early chaps LMFAO. Oh and I'd like to give out an advice in which you need to totally assume that Mujin is fucking genius. He's stupidity and bad personality might be derived from the lacking of stimulation I would say. So, he's just a straight up genius(it's just he lacks stimulation that could trigger his excitement)
