What's so stupid is that I weren't confused. This story is stupid. So it's stupid to question why ppl could be confused. From the amnesia plot to the kidnap plot sm is going on. And they just brought up this new thing of evil spirits and brought back a secondary character (the kings eunuch) just for the very next chapter to focus more on the orb. It's not a new plot device for the past to be explored with a omniscient guide. Like A Christmas carol's first ghost so that's not confusing but now the characters in the orb thing themselves are confused that the mc can interact with them. This isn't a completed book so obviously there are things that haven't been blown full out. Honestly stfu it's like u became a toddler with how you're acting on the Internet. There may be so much going on but everything is explained well. The story not being finished doesn’t mean anything everything is either explained well or is self explanatory like the last chapter.
