Based on my years of experience and knowledge in the field i can easily guess from the cover and plot but just gotta ask these questions as I could make a mistake.
If an uke is crushing on someone for years it's obvi he is a virgin(9/10 times). But that is not the case for semes who has a crush on someone for that long. He would def sleep around or go on to date/marry someone who looks similar to the uke.
