Nah, it's really subtle, but it's obvious that all of them got together.
Kaoru + Botan are more explicit since we see them living together/hugging while blushing in the bonus, we can also see in a panel Asahi's friends together and one of them saying "Isn't my company enough?", and Tsumugi and Omi together too. Asahi and Imari are more subtle, but them living as neighbours + Asahi having his house's spare key + Tsumugi saying how they should just live together at that point = dating.
