I’m really tired of people defending her. Yes she wanted a parents love but she tried to kill their actual daughter to take her place. Yes she wanted Sovieshit to like her but she was happy to take naviers place. She just wanted to take take take and never suffer the consequences. She committed a lot of horrible crimes for her own satisfaction. If she had stayed quietly as a mistress and never crossed Navier her child would have become a ruler and she would have escaped being a slave and lived in luxury. She is a pathetic character yes but she’s still responsible for a lot of terrible things and needs to take responsibility
