tbh it’s usually just the owner who doesn’t train them cause they have the "the dogs small so who cares if they are aggressive cause they can’t seriously harm anyone" mentality

Im actually a cat owner aswell, but also part time dog sitter some little dogs are just fluffy terror mashines with no manners at all and some are the sweetest little babies if the owners train them like big dogs
