And he didn't mention that his sister had the babies with a human at all. It was just: "But after all, this is my sister's child, little worried ..."
And lastly after transforming he said "We are a loving family of mice"

There's a Chinese word for "baby" that I see a lot in stories and it often gets Google translated into "cub". You'll see it in a ton of MTL novels and manhuas.
That's why it translate as Human Cubs. So weird
Are the kids really mice or sister had kids with some other animal spirit
They don't resemble their uncle at all
