I've been looking at the author's Instagram profile for a couple of days out of curiosity, today I also saw the old posts and, I don't think they are fetishizing children, it's very obvious that they wants to make boys look like girls, or they wouldn't make so many drawings where you see androgynous boys with women's bathing suits and similar things.
