One thing that annoyed me is in chapter 2 the maids talked about starving a dying child for two days at minimum just because they don’t like his attitude
And besides the personal maid no one??? Really cared about this?
Who knows how many times did this happened before hand?
(Like, he looked extremely skinny and gaunt in the flashbacks of OG!kyle, it’s fictional terminal illness but I feel like if he was well taken care of in the first place his physical condition wouldn’t have gotten so bad since he had chub to his cheeks in the first training flashback)
And then people wonder why OG!kyle attitude got worse? No one bothered to check on the poor boy and only treated him with contempt.
Thank you for pointing that out! But the MC also know what OG KYLE went through instead of understanding the childs pain he chooses to blame him which I think is an AH part of MC
So after abusing and neglecting the child you really think he’ll grow up having at least a decent attitude? While growing and seeing his abusers, their actions, their attitude towards him, and not having a grown up who shows him any bit of kindness? I understand tough love and all but lol the child is literally dying coz of his constitution and then all u gave is abuse, neglect and/or tough love? U GOTTA BE KIDDING ME (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
