It's only unhygienic if the person it's attached to doesn't clean it properly. The foreskin is also a physiological protective barrier and can make sex smoother and better. You might notice most countries and culture practice circumcision tangential or directly related to religion, and the tradition began centuries or even millennia ago when they didn't have our modern easy access to soap, clean running water, and scientific medical knowledge.
Anyway, if you can, don't call uncircumcised people disgusting. There's a huge population in the world that don't practice it, for reasons beyond what I said above.
Calling people's natural body parts disgusting makes you look ignorant, at the end of the day.
Is uke not circumsized? Was rereading and read foreskin dialogue. Is it common to not have it done in other countries?
