From what I'm getting one plot is about what's going on with the bad guys like with the dimensional stuff with blast and the other is the hero assosiation is dealing with the Neo héroe association, cuz metal bat child emperor and the other guy infiltrates in their organization..

Nonono, i'm sure we all get that part. The confusing part is why is there 2 different story plot for the same chapter. Like one is when blast came after he detects dimentional change and another one blast came just out of nowhere. The fight before the illusion of flash childhood is also has 2 different stories.
I think it's redrawn just like the fights with garou. But i'm not sure tho..
I also don't know which one is the official chapter..
can anyone explain why there's two different stories now?
