I am well aware of that,that is why I said in my comment "I can understand why he was insecure". He was insecure because he is not the same Ian as before,that is the bottom line of this comment. And I agree with you that it would make less sense if he was back to his confident self and act as if nothing happened.
Brace yourselves because there are more misunderstandings and dramas ahead. But seriously,I can understand why Ian is insecure, hesitant and irritated.
