My understanding is that she will try to undo the spell (at this point i’m not sure there actually was a spell with all the potion substitutions though), but that she wants to enjoy the love in the moment for now. She be like imma do the crime and turn myself in afterwards.

Honestly mind-controlling someone into loving you might genuinely be more disgusting than just outright raping them.
Maybe my reading comprehension is shot, but does the fifth chapter just end with him still under the effects of the love potion and her just going ‘well I’m not gonna do anything about it because I want him’?
