somehow this feels different from how this chapter was in the novel

How so i havent rrad the novle is it like really diffrent or just smei? Differnt

i mean i think it’s the same pretty much but from what i remember they heard the monsters coming and izek left immediately. i don’t remember them hugging. just izek telling them to protect ruby. and obviously ruby was way more injured and hardly able to see so andymion was actually carrying her on her back.
