did you even use your brain while reading this? these characters are angels and demons dumbass, the genre is called fantasy dumbass. ALSO, let me school you real quick dumbass, bad art is when the technique is off, like weird proportions or lack of coherence, just because you don’t like the color doesn’t mean the art is bad, you just don’t like the artstyle dumbass.
Art is bad proportions are also bad like damn read this again and tell me that anatomy in this is legit, the bent legs took me out so bad. But you also call this fantasy huh? I said human because he CLEARLY looks like a human. He is not a monster looking despite being angel or whatever. Fantasy? He looks UGLY. This is a BL, THIS SHOULD LOOK APPEALING. He looks absolutely horrible that i cannot even go past his skin color.
I agree with the bad anatomy complaints, that’s valid. But making a fuss over skin tone isn’t it. Not everyone will find it appealing and that’s fine, of course.
I don’t think you have to be a monster to have grey tone skin. There’s no such requirements, any character if author chooses, can have certain skin color.
Will it look nice to all? No. But is it a big problem? No.
It’s just a matter of aesthetics to some people. Grey seems intended cause she knows how to do brown color, if she intended the whole skin to be brown—it would’ve been brown without any grey. I’m basing it off the fact his nipples are brown and darker than his skin, so author definitely knows what brown is.
That’s not the point. That’s just proof that the author knows what brown is, they aren’t purposefully doing bad coloring or whatever few people were saying about the author not knowing how to do dark/brown skin.
It’s okay if you don’t find it appealing, I won’t argue that, sorry if it sounded like that.
I’m just trying to say there’s no wrong color when it comes to art. Of course I agree the proportion and anatomy itself is wonky, I don’t disagree at all!
He is gray asf i cannot get over it. Like how hard it is to color him BROWN?
