All red flags and green flags aside, I really loved the execution of Chansae's rejection. It was genuinely heart wretching. I'm so tired of nice guy characters sticking to their selfless behavior for the sake of love. They neglect their own feelings and choose to stay by MC's side, but in this case it was refreshing to see Chansae choosing distance. He was hurt and communicated his disappointment, without crossing any lines.
