Personally i'm kind of tired of the MPreg thing, and always kind of sad there isn't anything story with the beta in the omegaverse, cause yes there like the everyday people unlike alpha or omega, but they feel so left out, seing a relationship like bêta x omega or bêta x alpha is interesting for me.

I don’t like pairings like that because usually the story is angsty and the beta in the relationship often has inferiority complex. During heat or rut nobody is satisfied too and alpha or omega cheats or almost cheats
Main story is r-15 but for me the intimate scene is quite spicy enough, the gwok gwok and fwop fwop are implied tho. But the side stories are r-19!
MC will not turn into an omega! There also won’t be mpreg at least in the main story, but also no spicy scenes
