They’re still at the stage of getting to know each other and building trust because ML has insecurities about himself since he’s dead and MC is alive (you know MC will move on without him) but ML is very loyal to MC, he’s only bad at showing it. In novel current chapters, MC and ML being faithful to each other is present but it’s complicated to actually see it because of their conflicts (MC wanted to save ML but ML wanted to confine MC to protect him) but they did get married and are very happy

This is gonna be a huge spoiler but the wedding happened after they all got resurrected because both MC and ML will overcome more challenges that’ll test their trust and love for each other and the novel is around 500ish+ more so ML and the servants are all alive and our couple lived happily ever after
