I thought MC was on medicine that stifled/blocked his pheromones. He's essentially a Beta and not an Omega...well on the surface at least. But he's probably still legally classified as an Omega. ML would have to be psychic to know that MC was an Omega. The only thing I would say that MIGHT give it away is MC getting wet, but during MC's masturbation scene, he used lube and during a sex scene with both guys, ML used lube on MC. So, that's a no go.
There's 2 instances that kind of gave away he was possibly an omega.
